What is the average shipping time for hydrofoil boards?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Oversized items like complete foil setups may require specialized freight handling which can extend delivery to 10-12 days.

Do you offer international shipping for wing foil gear?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the equipment.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that equipment that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.

Are your hydrofoil sets compatible across different brands?

While many masts and boards use the universal 90mm track system, individual components like wings and fuselages are often brand-specific. We recommend checking our compatibility charts or contacting support before mixing brands.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-end setups, we also offer interest-free financing options through Affirm and Klarna.

Does my hydrofoil come with a warranty?

All new products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from impact with rocks, reef, or improper assembly.
