At Hydrofoil Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next session on the water; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your gear within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused hydrofoil components or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts and tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping crate or box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
